Raney’s CEQA and NEPA experience includes unique and complex projects, such as preparing EIR’s for controversial projects for the City of Davis, the Galt Wal-Mart Expansion EIR, Fairfax Conversion EIR, Teichert Marysville Surface Mining EIR, the Curtis Park Village Project and Remedial Action Plan EIR, as well as standard commercial, residential, mixed-use, infrastructure, and industrial/mining projects. Raney has also prepared NEPA documents for housing and infrastructure projects requiring federal funding through HCD, as well as a projects requiring approval from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
